出借国旗（包括申请书）

（财）福冈县国际交流中心以向县内的学校、 NGO、 NPO团体及其他国际交流团体出借国旗。
|
|
出借条件
|
|
1．可借用国旗的应是在福冈县内有活动场所的地方公共团体，国际交流团体。
|
|
|
2．请您将借出的国旗用于拜访，各种国际合作，交流活动等促进国际交流上。不得用于政治、宗教、营销活动上。
|
|
|
|
|
4．出借期限原则上为两周。如延长使用期限时，需事先联络。
|
|
|
出借手续
|
|
1．欲借用国旗时，请事先确认预约情况后，在指定的申请书上填写所需事项后，直接送来或用传真发给我们均可。
|
|
|
|
|
其它
|
|
1．在国际广场直接把国旗交给借方，请直接到国际广场索取。
|
|
|
2．返还国旗时间，在本中心开馆时间内。
开馆时间：上午10：00～19：00
休息日（终年不歇。年末年初12月29.3031～1月1.2 .3日）

|
3．由于故意或不注意损坏和丢失国旗时，请按购入价赔偿。
