National Flag Rental

The Fukuoka International Exchange Foundation has a collection of national flags that it lends out to schools, NGO/NPO organizations, and other international exchange groups within Fukuoka prefecture.
|
|
Rental Conditions
|
|
1. Those who can apply to rent the flags are local community groups and international exchange organizations within Fukuoka prefecture.
|
|
|
2. Please use the flags for activities that promote internationalization, such as diplomatic courtesy calls, promotion of various countries, and international exchange events. They cannot be used for governmental, religious, or commercial purposes.
|
|
|
|
|
4. The rental limit is for up to 2 weeks. If you wish for an extension, then please contact us beforehand.
|
|
|
Rental Procedure
|
|
1. If you wish to rent a flag, please call ahead to confirm the reservation situation, and then download and fill out the application below. You can turn it in by bringing it in to Kokusai Hiroba or via fax.
|
|
|
2. If the reservations are full, then you may not be able to rent the flag at that time.
|
|
|
Other Information
|
|
1. The flag rental is run by Kokusai Hiroba, so please come to KH directly to pick up or return the flag.
|
|
|
2. You can pick the flag up during Kokusai Hiroba’s office hours.
Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM.
(Closed every Monday, days following holidays, and during the New Year)
|
|
|
3. If the flag is lost or damaged for any reason, then the Foundation will request compensation for replacement.
|
|
|
|
|
|
