（投稿の方法） How to operate the Message Board

　１．新規投稿、返信をする際は「名前」（ニックネーム可）と「記事」を必ず入力してください。
　　　When posting a new message or replying to a previous message, enter your name (nickname is also accepted).

　２．入力後は、内容確認ボタンで記事内容を確認し、「投稿」ボタンを押してください。
　　　Click the preview button to see how the posting will actually look like.　If you are satisfied,
　　　click [POST] to add it to the message thread.

　３．修正が必要な場合は、確認画面で「戻る」ボタンを押して変更してください。
　　　If you need any modification on your message, press [RETURN].

（書き込み禁止事項） Basic Rules

　この掲示板に下記の内容（類似を含む）を書き込むことを禁止します。
　不適切な書き込みについては、管理者の判断により削除します。削除の通知はいたしません。
　The content of your posts should be beneficial to the FIEF.　We reserve the right to delete posts
　which do not conform to this.　We will not notify you of the deleted posts.

　（１）プライバシーを侵害する情報
　　　　No one shall post any comments that impinge on privacy.

　（２）法令に違反するもの、違反のおそれのある内容
　　　　The content of the posts should not violate the law nor be at risk of any legal offenses.

　（３）他人または第三者を誹謗、中傷する内容および不利益を与える内容
　　　　Hate posts, discrimination, and personal attacks will be deleted.

　（４）公序良俗に反する内容
　　　　Posts that oppose public order and standards of decency will be deleted.

　（５）営利に関する内容（商品の売買、選挙運動など）
　　　　Message board shall be used only in a noncommercial manner.

　（６）その他、掲示板の主目的に反していると判断した内容
　　　　Any posts that are judged not to be in accordance with the purpose of the bulletin board shall be deleted.

（個人情報保護法に対する考え方） Privacy Policy

　１．この掲示板の書き込みは、個人情報保護の観点から書き込み禁止事項を遵守してください。
　　　From the standpoint of protecting personal information, please abide by our privacy policy.

　２．この掲示板への投稿内容は、当センターの個人情報保護方針に従い適切に扱います。
　　　We will appropriately manage the posts in accordance with our principle of protecting personal information.

（掲示板利用の責任範囲） Responsibilities for using the bulletin board

　１．掲載、開示、提供した情報についての責任は、利用者自身が負います。
　　　You are solely responsible for the content of your message.　You will not knowingly post content that
　　　violates the copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property right of any third party,
　　　and you will remove the same should you discover that you have violated this provision.

　２．当掲示板は、利用者のみなさまに代わって責任を負うことは一切ありません。
　　　The FIEF is not responsible for the comment of these messages.

　３．利用者が投稿したメッセージの内容の信頼性、真実性、適法性を保障することは一切ありません。
　　　The FIEF does not and cannot review every message posted by you on the Message Board and is not
　　　responsible for the comment of these messages.

　４．当掲示板は、掲載情報を使用したことに起因する損害については一切責任を負いません。
　　　The FIEF is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of printed information.

　５．法令、一般の社会常識に違反することなく利用してください。
　　　Please use the bulletin board without violating the law or social etiquette.
